After we visited the Monarch exhibit at the Desert Botanical Garden, we continued to walk through more of the beautiful garden. I love those times when one day yields enough photos for multiple blogposts. (Click photos for more detail.)

The DBG is celebrating its 75th anniversary. With over 140 acres, many trails, and frequent special events, it is a busy place but not overly crowded, fortunately.

  1. Wonderful photos, Candace. Birds live in cacti? I would never have known!! I didn’t know they were hollow to live in, but I do imagine they’d be cool within.
