A few days ago, I saw this flower on a little cactus in my neighbor’s yard. I’ve never seen such a large flower on such a tiny cactus. A couple of days later, I went back to see it. The cactus was there, the stem was there, but no flower. It had rained heavily so I don’t know if the rain broke the flower off or if a person did. At least a photo of it remains…
Isn’t it amazing that that tiny little cactus has the recipe & the “ingredients” to make such a lovely big flower!
